This course includes vocabulary, structure and communicative skills at beginners level. The class activities are grouped around various themes such as transport, travel, dates, holidays, money, and shopping.

The course was opened as TİŞ 103; however, it was named as ENG-T 201 in the 2014-15 academic year.
